Bedbugs can travel up to 20 feet from your bed to hid or make a nest. 70% of the infestation is likely contained to the bed. 30% will typically have moved to other furniture, floorboards, electrical outlets, etc.
So do not go buy a brand new bed. It will get infected quickly.
They do not care about cleanliness… A clean home is as likely to have bedbugs as a dirty home.
